We are thrilled to now offer in-house Teacher Training and Crossover Teacher Training via Dark Horse Pilates!

Touchstone Pilates is a Dark Horse Pilates (DHP) Affiliated studio where we offer teacher/training and cross over teacher/training certification. Lisa is a Senior Instructor/Mentor with DHP who can guide and oversee your certification training. Lisa can accept students into the training program, observe their work, and mentor them on their path to becoming a DHP certified Pilates instructor.

To train and mentor students and teachers of Pilates, in the original teachings of Romana Kryzanowska as taught to her by Joseph Pilates and given to Janice Dulak as one of Romana’s original chosen “Teacher of Teachers.” At Dark Horse Pilates, we hold mastery of the body as our purpose and to that end we endeavor to empower both students and teachers to learn the Pilates Method in an authentic environment with an emphasis on clarity, perfect practice and an intuitive approach to the mastery of the body.
