Group Classes

Small Group Classes:

Mat Foundations – A beginner class focusing on alignment & form. Learn how to properly engage your powerhouse, get stronger, toned, and improve flexibility.Wylie_LisaPellow_WOW_035 Intermediate exercises added based on class progression.

Intermediate Mat – An intermediate class that includes specific advanced exercises based on class progress. A full understanding of the intermediate mat is required prior to taking this class.

Equipment Foundations – An introductory class emphasizing the safe use of the Pilates springs and tower apparatus. Work the Powerhouse and stretch and strengthen your body utilizing the mat and Pilates apparatus. Learn to work against the resistance of springs to create strength, tone, and flexibility. A minimum of 5 private Pilates sessions is required prior to joining this class unless you have been cleared by the instructor. Only 5 spots available.

Reformer Foundations – An introductory class emphasizing the safe use of the Universal Reformer. Work the Powerhouse and stretch and strengthen your body by working against the resistance of springs and straps to create strength, tone, and flexibility. Easy on the joints and takes your workout to the next level. A minimum of 5 private Pilates sessions is required prior to joining this class unless you have been cleared by the instructor. Only 3 spots available.

Group Class Policy

Mat classes are limited to 10 people. All classes are 45 minutes in length. Registration is required for mat classes to ensure availability. Class schedule is subject to cancellation or change.

Equipment/Reformer Classes are limited to 5 & 3 people, respectively. All classes are 50 minutes in length. Registration is required for equipment & reformer classes to ensure availability. Class schedule is subject to cancellation or change.

The challenge with group classes is how to give clients the individual attention that leads to the greatest improvement in their bodies. The best way to do this is to strongly suggest that beginning students complete at least five private sessions before participating in a class. This one-on-one attention enables us to modify the exercises to fit your body’s particular needs as you learn the exercises properly and safely. We offer a five-session Introductory package at a discounted price to enable students to attend private sessions before partaking in group classes.

Payments & Cancellations

We are pleased to accept cash, credit cards or personal check. We must enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full rate for the missed appointment. All sales are final.
